The Woodland-Davis Clean Water Agency is a joint powers authority of the Cities of Woodland and Davis.

Formed in September 2009, the agency is responsible for implementing and overseeing a regional surface water supply project to improve water quality in Woodland and Davis. Once complete, the project will serve more than two-thirds of the urban population of Yolo County, CA. It will also serve UC Davis, a project partner and one of the nation's preeminent research facilities.

The Agency is overseen by a six-member Board comprised of two City Council Members from each city, and two non-voting members, one each from UC Davis and Yolo County.
