The Woodland-Davis Clean Water Agency is a joint powers authority of the Cities of Woodland and Davis.
Formed in September 2009, the Agency implemented and is managing a regional surface water supply project to serve more than two-thirds of the urban population of Yolo County, CA. It also serves UC Davis, a project partner and one of the nation's preeminent research facilities.
The Agency is overseen by a six-member Board comprised of two City Council Members from each city, and two non-voting members, one each from UC Davis and Yolo County.
